Automation at packQ doesn't stop until production. The system generates cutting and punching data that complies with industry standards for a seamless transition to the production phase.
After each order, print data is created and integrated into the production workflow. If desired, standard-compliant JDF and XML files are generated for the print job and transferred automatically. The print data can also receive multiple layers, with individual lines for the cut, fold and other packaging aspects. This ensures that cutting dies and job pockets are created and transmitted correctly.
With all these parameters, processes are sensibly automated and production costs are optimized.. As a result, everyone has an overview of the status of print jobs and can intervene if, for example, a customer has sent incorrect data.
