Automation at packQ only ends with production. For this, the system creates standard-compliant cutting and punching data.
After each order, print data is created and integrated into the production workflow. If desired, standard-compliant JDF and XML files are generated for the print job and transferred automatically. The print data can also receive multiple layers, with individual lines for the cut, fold and other packaging aspects. This ensures that cutting dies and job pockets are created and transmitted correctly.
With all these parameters, processes are sensibly automated and production costs optimized. As a result, everyone has an overview of the status of print jobs and can intervene if, for example, a customer has sent incorrect data.
